As noted, WWE NXT announcer Mauro Ranallo has deleted his Twitter account following comments made by Corey Graves on Twitter during Saturday’s NXT “Takeover: WarGames 2019” event.
In an update, Mauro did not call any action at tonight’s WWE Survivor Series pay-per-view, after originally being scheduled to.
Michael Cole noted on Survivor Series commentary that Mauro missed the pay-per-view because he blew his voice out at Takeover, because of how excited and passionate he was.
Cole also noted that Mauro will be back for Wednesday’s NXT TV episode on the USA Network.
It’s possible that Mauro, who has been open about his mental health issues, was just given the night off because of any fallout from the Graves situation.
