Former WWE star Lio Rush took to Twitter yesterday and took a shot at long-time wrestling personality Jim Cornette, calling Cornette out for making idiotic statements and not expecting people to respond. He writes, “I’m tired of idiots like @TheJimCornette spewing shit out of there mouths and thinking people won’t say/do something back.”
Cornette would respond to the former NXT cruiserweight champion early this morning writing, “What are YOU gonna do, you mental case? Find another prelim spot you can fuck yourself out of? Of all the people in the world I couldn’t whip your miniscule midget ass isn’t one. Enjoy obscurity, you’ve earned it.”
Rush would fire back with, “How does it feel knowing that I got thrown into a role that I had no business being in and in my 7 months of doing it, I still had a more promising manger career than you ever could. A fucking tennis racquet was all you could come up with?”
