Earlier today, hall of famer Arn Anderson was released by WWE after 18 years of working as a backstage producer and road agent. Executive Vice President and former WWE superstar Cody Rhodes released a statement on Twitter commending Anderson for his fantastic work as both a performer and an off-screen talent.
Love AA. I stole all of his catchphrases & use them on a daily basis. He went to bat for young talent & at the same time is essentially responsible for all of the current top guys & “golden circle”. He’s not corporate, but that’s a compliment. Can’t take wrestlers outta wrestling.
Anderson’s release came on the same day as in-ring talents Hideo Itami, Tye Dillinger, and TJP.
