Can you help Colebridge TTC raise the roof?

on

Colebridge TTC is appealing for help from the table tennis community to keep a roof above their heads.

The club, based in Solihull, is crowdfunding for a new roof on their venue and is looking to raise £20,000 in the next few weeks.

The club has been running for more than 65 years and has around 200 members and many social visitors using the venue.

It has 21 competitive teams, including 10 in the Birmingham League, and runs coaching sessions for juniors and women and girls, as well as social sessions for older players, and TT Kidz. Several members of the club volunteered at the Birmingham 2022 Commonwealth Games.

The club is a registered charity and has been carrying out ‘running repairs’ on the roof for many years. Now, experts agree a new roof is needed. The project will also deal with removal of asbestos and new insulation.
