Baylor University women’s team 2023 tennis schedule

As reported by Baylor University website, women’s tennis team announced its spring schedule. They will have 17 home games which will be played from January to April. Baylor kicked off the season at TCU Invite, January 6-8, where they will be joined by the Horned Frogs, SMU and Tarleton in the round-robin event

Baylor will host Houston and UTRGV in their home opener on January 21, while Rice and DePaul will come to town on January 23. Bears will wrap up the opening month of the spring season at the ITA Kickoff Weekend, January 27-28, in Austin.

Baylor return to the Hawkins Indoor Tennis Center to host Ole Miss (February 3) and Florida (February 5) before traveling to Cambridge, Massachusetts to take on Harvard (February 8). The ITA National Indoor Championships (February 10-12) and a game against Wisconsin (February 11), then Bears wrap up the month by hosting Arkansas (February 17), Washington (February 24) and San Diego (February 26).
 
March will begin with a meeting at Arizona State (March 4) before Big 12 Conference play begins against Oklahoma State (March 10) and Oklahoma (March 12) at home. Baylor hits the road for contests at Kansas (March 17) and Kansas State (March 19) and returns to Hurd Tennis Center for a non-conference battle with Denver (March 22).

Two more home games against West Virginia (March 24) and Iowa State (March 26) continue the conference’s competitive slate, before gearing up for trips to Texas Tech (March 31) and TCU (April 2). Baylor will wrap up its home roster against a pair of in-state non-conference opponents in UTSA (April 8) and SMU (April 10), before wrapping up the regular season in Texas on April 15. The 2023 Big 12 Championships will be held April 20-23 in Lawrence, Kansas.
