As we noted, WWE has hired Bruce Prichard to a full-time position on the WWE creative team. Prichard will begin for tonight’s Raw in Atlanta.
Dave Meltzer reported on Wrestling Observer Radio on Sunday night that Bruce Prichard has actually been with WWE since January as a consultant. Prichard and WWE had been talking this past week about coming back full time and by Friday they agreed on a deal where he will be, as what Meltzer described as, “Vince’s right hand man – really key guy.”
Meltzer also noted that he is unsure what is going to happen with the podcast (with Conrad) because of the amount of time that the work ethic is needed for this position. As far as all the appearances that Prichard is booked for will stay on. The last booking that Prichard is booked for, as of now, is Starrcast. After that if Prichard does any future bookings is to be determined based on the amount of free time he will have away from his new position in WWE.
